Returns & Exchanges

At Justin Duance, we want you to cherish your handcrafted jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return or exchange period for most of our standard collections. Please note that bespoke commissions and pieces with personalized engravings are non-refundable unless they arrive with a structural fault.

Return Process

  Contact Our Studio

  Email our workshop team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original Justin Duance presentation box and pack it securely in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Send the package via a tracked and insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once our jewelers have inspected the piece to ensure it is in unworn condition, we will process your refund or begin crafting your exchange item within 7 working days.
